Digital Archaeology Simulation

During the summer and fall of 2011, I worked with a handful of students to develop a game about a historical site specific to Muncie, Indiana, called the Moore-Youse House. The game was designed, prototyped, and developed in 5 weeks. We utilized Scrum, the Unity3D game engine, and C#.

While the summer semester was a success, the game was never completed, despite some valiant efforts. Failures must be celebrated and learned from, which I've tried to do with this project. Feature-creep and scope-shifting were present, and I learned a lot of valuable lessons about software development and professionalism. Unfortunately, remnants of the game don't exist anywhere online, but that's probably better for humanity.
